Amelia- Adult female
Amelia is a long haired black beauty with just a hint of white on her chest. She is quite petite and very loving. Her previous owner said she loves to snuggle. Amelia is about two years old, and would make a wonderful addition to any family. She gets along with other kitties, and is a real sweetie pie.

Pumpkin II- Adult female
Pumpkin II was surrendered to the vet for euthanization because she had a flea allergy and brought too many fleas into the house. Pumpkin was quite ill when she came in but with love and medical treatment she is now a happy healthy kitty. She just loves dogs but not children or other cats. She would do best in a child and cat free environment. She can be a bit nippy but also has her sweet moments. She is a lovely orange and white tiger lady.

Kit Kat-Adult female
Kit Kat as we like to call this great girl, is a really nice kitty. She is a short hair black and white cat with a lot of personality. Kit was surrendered by her owner as he could no longer keep her. She is about 6 years old, and very sweet and outgoing. Kit Kat loves to be loved, and is described as "just the bees knees" by one of our volunteers. Kit is like a mother hen, keeping all of the other kitties in the room where she resides in line! Kit would make a wonderful companion...please cal the shelter to meet her and see for yourself!

Henrietta- Adult female
Henrietta is a gorgeous patch tabby on white. She is a bit moody, and lets you know when she wants attention. She can be very sweet but may quickly be over stimulated. We do not recommend young children due to this fact. We think she will "out grow" this as she settles in and trusts more.

Elsie- Adult female
Elsie and her friend, Cosmo, are two buddies who were surrendered due to overcrowding in their former home. They have been at the shelter for a few weeks now and are beginning to relax and adjust to their new surroundings. Elsie is a pretty black and white girl who is playful with the other kitties. She would love to find her new home with her friend, Cosmo, or have another feline friend to keep her company.

Cosmo- Adult female
Cosmo is a beautiful big black and white tuxedo gal who came into the shelter with a good friend, Elsie. These two groom each other and find comfort together as they are adjusting to their new surroundings. Cosmo is relaxing and enjoying pets from our volunteers. She is a nice girl who just needs a little extra patience. Please consider this pretty kitty with the adorable pink nose to liven up your home, and maybe even her friend Elsie, too, because as you know - two are more fun than one! |
Holly- Adult female
This lovely dilute tortie girl is looking much healthier so it may have been flea allergies and not food that was causing her issues. She was an owner surrender as her owner couldn't care for her. She is a lovely cat with medium to longish hair.. Her owner said she was 10.She would prefer to be the only love of someone’s life but is starting to tolerate the others in her room better. . She comes to greet at the door especially if she thinks you might have food first thing in the morning.

Copper- Adult male
Copper was born in September of 2001. He came to us about a year later. He was found as a stray kitten at about 11 months old. His mom had disappeared and his siblings didn't make it. Copper was taken in by a family and was defensive and aggressive at first, but then relaxed. He wasn't good with their young child, however. He has tons of personality and jumps up and will hang on the door to his room at the shelter. He likes to see what's going on out in the hall, especially at night. Copper is always the first to come to the door. He is very friendly, but would need someone that would be patient and take time with him. Copper would do best in a quiet home without young children or dogs. Copper is used to other cats. Please call to give this guy a chance... he is a real funny guy who just needs some more TLC!

Renni- Adult female
This pretty glossy black kitty with a white spot on her chest is Renni. She was a stray and quite unsure of her new surroundings when she first arrived, but seems to be settling in. The vet estimates her to be about seven years old. Renni is gradually coming to our volunteers for pets and loving, so will bloom quickly we are sure. Do you have the time and patience to help cultivate this nice girl?

Alexis- Adult female
She was a stray and found her way to us via a kind stranger. The vet estimated her to be about 5 yrs old. She needs a lot of brushing right now so she can show her true beauty. She is a sweet cat who just tries to keep out of the way of some of the more aggressive cats so she is not an alpha by any means.

Markus- Adult male
This cute little black and white boy is a super little playful guy but he also is an ankle biter so not so good for small children. He really wants/ needs attention but quickly gets overwhelmed by it. Markus is definitely a lap cat though as he slept in one of our volunteer's laps all afternoon while she worked on the computer!

Princeton- Adult male
This handsome orange and white guy is Princeton! He is a 4 1/2 yr old boy who is a fantastic cat. He comes when his name is called, loves kids, cats and dogs and is an all around perfect family member. Princeton was an owner surrender as they had an older kitty who was ill and they could not longer care for both of them.
