Meet Toby!
Introducing Toby, the delightful “Greeter” of Room 3.
Toby is a charming 4 ½ year-old black and white cat with stunning features. The broad white stripe on his face perfectly complements his white muzzle and adorable pink nose.
Whenever visitors enter his domain, Toby warmly approaches them with a friendly disposition. After getting acquainted, he might wander off to pursue his own interests, like bird watching, but he truly enjoys receiving affection and pets from visitors.
Occasionally, he interacts with select feline friends who catch his curiosity, engaging in playful tumbling sessions.
Still, most of his friends have been adopted, so it's now Toby's turn to find his forever home.
While he relishes being petted, we've noticed that Toby prefers not to be touched on his lower back or tail, possibly due to a prior tail injury that required amputation before arriving at HART. If this boundary is crossed, he gently lets you know with a little nip to say, "Don't touch the nub." It's also important to mention that Toby isn't fond of dogs, making him best suited for a family without young children or dogs.
